Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Certain products, such as opened cosmetics, skincare, or personal care items, cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, contact us.
